DEBRA SPOULOS
Debra Spoulos has over 35+ years of experience in the field of dance. She began her training at the age of 5 in San Jose, California under the instruction of Nelson Dance Company. Growing up she performed and won numerous awards in winter guard, drill team, and color guard where she traveled to Washington, Texas, and Dayton Ohio for the WGI finals. Continuing her training she studied at Fresno State University majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Dance. Upon graduating she became a full time teacher/choreographer in 1995 specializing in Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Tap. After teaching for 9 seasons at Broadway Dance Center she decided to buy her own dance studio in 2004. Her experience spans beyond her dance training such as judging regional dance competitions and photographing dancers across the country. She has owned and operated her own award winning studio for 20 years, has choreographed and taught numerous nationally acclaimed award winning numbers and holds numerous performance awards.
BROOKE DAWSON
Brooke Dawson brings over 25 years of dance experience, 14 years of teaching experience, and 7 years of experience as a dance competition judge. She began training at age three under the direction of her mother and D2M’s founder, Debra Spoulos. As General Manager of D2M Dance Project, Brooke oversees the studio’s daily operations and serves as a familiar and welcoming face for dancers and families. Well-rounded in all genres, she currently specializes in technique, tap, lyrical, and acro.
Brooke is known for her strong eye for detail, honest coaching, and ability to recognize and bring out each dancer’s individual potential. By combining her technical knowledge, creativity, and experience behind the judges’ table, she challenges her students to become confident and versatile performers. Brooke is a Grand National Champion choreographer whose routines have earned numerous overall and specialty awards while competing against hundreds of performances. She has also trained and mentored dancers who have gone on to successful careers in the professional dance industry.
Brooke’s creativity extends beyond the classroom and stage. She designs, embellishes, and stones custom costumes for D2M’s competitive company, helping bring each routine’s artistic vision to life. She is also a licensed cosmetologist and graduated from Paul Mitchell The School East Bay in 2016. Having grown up at D2M, Brooke is passionate about continuing its legacy and helping dancers develop the confidence, discipline, technique, and artistry they need to succeed both on and off the stage.
TIANA HESTER
TiAna Hester is a multifaceted individual dedicated to nurturing well-rounded dancers and movers. Through her expertise as a dancer, choreographer, and fitness professional, she empowers young women by integrating faith, education, entertainment, and inspiration into her work. Her commitment to building strong, confident individuals shines through her contributions to the dance and fitness community.

ASHLEIGH HEWEY
Ashleigh has over 14+ years of dance experience, and 8 years competitively. She danced her entire life at D2M Dance Project, and is so excited to be back teaching. Throughout her time at D2M she studied all genres, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, ballet flat, ballet pointe, and open. Ashleigh took a short break from the dance world while she attended the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. She graduated in December 2024 with her bachelors of science in Kinesiology, Health and Exercise Science. During this time Ashleigh was also exposed to different cultural dance styles such as Tahitian and Hula. Currently Ashleigh is pursuing her Masters in Sport Management, and hopes to combine both her love for dance and sports into a career. Ashleigh also has experience in sport entertainment with the San Francisco 49ers and University of Hawai’i Athletics. Ashleigh is looking forward to her first season teaching at D2M!
JARYN LEMING TAYLOR
Jaryn started dancing at the age of three. She is trained in jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, hip hop, contemporary, modern, and lyrical. She danced competitively from the age of nine until eighteen. She graduated from Boulder Creek High School with distinct honors. When Jaryn graduated, she received the Senior Fine Arts Award for BCHS.
She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Dance Education. Jaryn is a member of the National Honor Society of Dance Arts. She has choreographed for the BCHS show choir, dance program and the 2017 school musical CLUE. She has choreographed the Christmas musical for Desert View Bible Church every year since 2018. Jaryn has also had the opportunity to choreograph pieces in The Diamond Conservatory of Ballet's
AUDREY FONTES
Audrey has been dancing since the age of four and has trained as a competitive dancer at D2M Dance Project for the past six years. Her passion for dance has inspired her to share her knowledge and love of movement with the next generation of dancers.
As an instructor, Audrey strives to help each student grow in their technique, build confidence, and discover their own unique way of expressing themselves through dance.
DIANA SAUCEDO
Diana is one of the welcoming faces at the D2M front desk. Her friendly personality helps dancers and families feel at home from the moment they walk through our doors. Always ready to answer questions and lend a helping hand, Diana plays an important role in keeping the studio organized and running smoothly.
Diana also brings creativity and excitement to D2M’s special events. From designing our beautiful balloon arches to adding thoughtful details throughout the studio, she helps make every celebration feel extra special. Her warmth, creativity and dedication make her such a valued part of the D2M family.
